Are you ready to grow in your faith and take your next step toward ministry? Our Internship Program is designed for college-age students who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and pursuing a deeper relationship with God.
Program Overview
The program offers three options: 1, 2, or 3 years, with each phase designed to challenge and equip you in unique ways:
Year 1: Personal Growth
Focus on growing as a Christian through discipleship and mentorship.
Engage in biblical classes, learn foundational Christian principles, and participate in guy/girl small groups for deeper connection and accountability.
Years 2 & 3: Ministry Development
For those called to pursue ministry, these years focus on hands-on experience and leadership training.
By the end of the third year, you will have the opportunity to receive a ministry license, preparing you for your future in ministry.
Role & Responsibilities
As an intern, your primary role will be serving in the youth ministry. You’ll have the opportunity to lead, disciple, and impact the next generation of students. Interns are involved in all aspects of youth ministry, including event planning, small group leadership, and day-to-day service preparation.
Program Details
Duration: The internship runs from August to May, with options to renew for a second or third year.
Classes & Groups: In addition to hands-on ministry experience, you will take part in weekly biblical classes, small group sessions, and specialized training designed to equip you for a life of ministry and leadership.
